A Beautiful Intimate Wedding I Documentary Photographer UK

When I first spoke to Ellie on the phone about her upcoming elopement wedding in Bath, we started putting the worlds to rights about the current cost of childcare in this country and I knew we would get along. Ellie was after a more documentary approach to her intimate wedding which involved three people and two witnesses.

A few weeks later I had the privilege of meeting her and her soon to be husband and gorgeous 2 year old daughter outside the Guildhall were they were about to tie the knot. We took a stroll around Bath which provided a wonderful back drop for some street photography and some informal group portraits of the three of them. It was important to Ellie that these images during the photo session were natural, relaxed, unposed and captured the essence of them as a family of three.

We then went inside for the ceremony which was beautiful, intimate and emotional. After the ceremony we got a few more relaxed and unposed group shots on the steps outside and then had another stroll through the city of Bath before they went for a celebratory dinner.
